To add to Pihole's Blacklist
Go to Pihole dashboard, Blacklist:
How to add a single domain?
- Paste one line at a time into Domain field
- For Comment:
tiktok single - Select Add to Blacklist button
How to add all the subdomains of one domain?
- Paste one line at a time into Domain field
- Select Wildcard tickmark
- For Comment:
tiktok wildcard - Select Add to Blacklist button

If you did things correctly, you'll see the domains with a regex expression like this:
If you just see tiktok.com, you forgot to enable wildcard option. To fix, delete that domain and repeat the steps as described above.
Test to verify Pihole is blocking TikTok
- On your computer, go to
tiktok.comand you'll see a blank page. This means it worked. - On your mobile, you'll still be able to open TikTok application, but none of the videos will be playing. This means it worked.
